Lollipops and Gumdrops reserves the right to amend any policies of this Web Site at any time. Any amended terms and conditions will become effective immediately.

All Web Site material including logos, designs, graphics, photographs, and all files are the sole copywrited property of Lollipops and Gumdrops and can not be copied for personal use. Any unlawful use of our images is prohibited unless prior written permission has been granted.

Payment is due at the time your order is placed. We will begin processing your order upon receipt of payment. Due to the fact that these items are not mass produced and all supplies are ordered at the time of your purchase, we DO NOT cancel orders after your order has been placed. If for any reason, we do cancel the order, there will be a 25% processing/restocking fee. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Return Policy

Because our items are custom made for you, we can not accept any returns. Please contact us with any questions or concerns prior to purchase. Due to the fact that our products are not mass produced, some items may be slightly different than those pictured on the website.

If you receive an item that has a manufacturer's defect, we will correct the problem, however, we will not issue a refund. A manufacturer's defect must be determined by us. Should you send an item back to us and we determine that it is not a manufacturer's defect, the item will be shipped back to you at your expense. Should you need to send us back any item that is a fault on our part, we will cover your shipping cost for USPS First Class Mail ONLY. We can not refund for Priority, FedEx, UPS, etc. We do not cover costs for additional add ons such as return receipt, certified mail, etc. The item must be sent back as soon as the return label is received and must be in its ORIGINAL condition. No used merchandise will be accepted under any circumstances. Any items with a manufacturer's defect must be reported within 14 days upon receipt of your order. We will not accept any returns on items with a manufacturer's defect that is not reported within this time frame.

Shipping

Most orders take approximately 2-3 weeks to process and 1 week for shipping. Please note that not every single order ships witin 2-3 weeks. Sometimes, there are external factors that prolong the production process. If you need your order sooner, you can choose the Rush Processing shipping method at checkout. There will be a $30 charge per order and a $5 charge per item which includes shipping. There will not be an additional shipping charge. If you choose this option, please indicate the date that you need your order. If you do not choose Rush Processing as your shipping method, your item will not be guaranteed to ship sooner than 2-3 weeks.

If you do not need your item to be shipped sooner than 2-3 weeks, choose the First Class Mail option at checkout. Please contact us with any questions or to add insurance to your order. Please understand that these items are not mass produced and are manufactured and produced at the time of each and every order. Due to this, sometimes items make take longer to produce than 3 weeks.

Monogram Information

We ask for a full name so that we can arrange the initials in the correct order if you choose initials for the monogram. The order will be first, last, middle unless otherwise noted. If you only enter initials, you item will come with the initials in the exact order that you type them. All initial monograms will have the center letter larger than all other letters. If you choose a name, you will only receive the first name. Your monogram choices are initials or 1 name. Lollipops and Gumdrops can not be held responsible if you do not like the way a particular font or letter looks when stitched out on the merchandise. We have provided a font legend to help assist with your font choice. We can add additional names at an additional charge of $5 per name. Please contact us via phone or e-mail to add additional names to your order or with any font choice questions.

Sizing

We no longer accept custom measurements. You must order from our size chart. If custom measurements are entered in the comments, your order will be made according to our size chart and not your measurement requests.

Monthly Specials

Monthly Specials are offered at a much discounted price. They may sometimes be made with seconds fabric. There may be imperfections in these monthly specials. Due to the fact they are priced so low, no refunds or exchanges will be given under any circumstances. By purchasing any monthly special, you agree to these terms. Thank you for understanding.
